Return Policy

At Fastfits, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining fair and transparent return procedures. This Return Policy explains how returns are handled for orders placed within South Africa and internationally.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if all of the following conditions are met:

  1. The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  2. All original tags and labels are attached
  3. The item is returned in its original packaging
  4. The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

Items returned outside this period or not meeting these conditions may be declined.


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned:

  1. Sale, discounted, or clearance items
  2. Promotional items
  3. Gift cards
  4. Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos and your order number

Fastfits will arrange a replacement or approve a return at no additional cost.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@fastfits.co.za with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the provided return address

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  2. Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  3. International customers are responsible for all return shipping and customs-related fees


6. Inspection & Approval

  1. Returned items will be inspected upon receipt
  2. If the return is approved, the item will be eligible for a refund or exchange according to our Refund Policy
  3. If the item does not meet return conditions, it may be sent back to the customer


7. Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  2. Customers may exchange items for a different size or color
  3. If an exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered


8. International Returns

  1. International customers must clearly label returned parcels as “Returned Goods”
  2. Fastfits is not responsible for delays, losses, or customs issues caused by international couriers


9. Right to Refuse Returns

Fastfits reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  1. The return request falls outside the approved timeframe
  2. Items show signs of wear, use, or damage
  3. Return policy conditions are not met
