At Fastfits, we understand that customers may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how orders can be cancelled for purchases made through our online store, both within South Africa and internationally.
1. Order Cancellation Before Processing
You may cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped by contacting us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and cancellation request.
If the order has not yet been processed, the cancellation will be approved and a full refund will be issued.
2. Order Cancellation After Processing
Once an order has been processed or prepared for shipment:
- The order cannot be cancelled
- You must wait to receive the item and then follow our Return Policy to request a return or refund
3. Order Cancellation After Shipping
If your order has already been shipped:
- Cancellation is no longer possible
- You must follow the Return Policy once the item is delivered
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
4. Refunds for Canceled Orders
- Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
5. International Orders
- International orders can only be canceled before processing
- Once shipped, international orders are subject to return procedures and shipping charges
- Customs duties, taxes, and international shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Fastfits Right to Cancel Orders
Fastfits reserves the right to cancel any order in the following situations:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
- Failure to receive payment confirmation
If Fastfits cancels an order, a full refund will be issued.
7. Changes to Orders
Once an order has been placed:
- Changes to items, sizes, colors, or shipping addresses are not guaranteed
- Requests must be submitted immediately before processing begins
