Refund Policy

At Fastfits, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and exchanges are accepted for purchases made through our online store. This policy applies to both South African and international customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or refund if:

  1. The item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
  2. The item is in its original condition with all tags attached
  3. The item is returned in its original packaging
  4. The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  1. Sale or discounted items
  2. Promotional or clearance items
  3. Gift cards
  4. Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear


3. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Fastfits will, where applicable:

  1. Replace the item at no additional cost, or
  2. Issue a full refund if a replacement is unavailable


4. Exchanges

  1. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  2. Customers may exchange items for a different size or color.
  3. If the requested exchange is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.


5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@fastfits.co.za with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using the provided return details.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


6. Return Shipping Costs

  1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  2. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  3. For international returns, customers are responsible for all shipping and customs charges.


7. Refund Processing

  1. Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  3. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  1. Check with your bank or card provider first.
  2. If the issue persists, contact us at support@fastfitswear.com


9. International Orders

  1. International customers must ensure returned items are clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
  2. Fastfits is not responsible for delays or losses caused by international courier services.


10. Right to Refuse Returns

Fastfits reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  1. The policy conditions are not met
  2. The return request is made outside the allowed timeframe
  3. Items show signs of wear, use, or damage
